Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Villee is very tame. She is docile and sweet, albeit absent-minded. She croons when she is pleased. Although she is vain, she isn't obsessive over her beauty. She lives in the Central Compound among others of her species. She is a bit of a social-butterfly in that respect despite her lack of intelligence. Villee belonged to a young aristocratic girl, given to her as a gift from her father. She lived in a vast hall, charming every visitor who came to to business with her adopted father (who was a merchant). One day, she was stolen by a smuggler who specialized in dragon-selling. For months, she lived in a cage in a dark, stuffy wagon bound for the border. The man was caught by guards at the gate who exposed his illegal cargo. A riot ensued, but Villee's wings hadn't grown in yet, so escape was impossible. She was nursed back to health by a guard, whose station was moved to the Dragon Compound to the north. She was placed among her own kind after a teary goodbye from her caretaker.
