Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The most flirtatious of the Jingle Lads, which would be a given with his appearance. Kis is a haughty, self obsessed dragon with a flare for the dramatic. He adores presenting himself to others, showing off through songs and dancing and, of course, his good looks, which he will spend hours perfecting. He isn't all fabulous and flirtatious, though. Among the lads, Kis is one of couple that are very against the group's purpose: to collect and sacrifice "naughty" dragons to sate a beast that threatens their home. He hates violence in every sense of the word and hates committing such acts, even if it means letting his friends and family survive. For this reason, he's very close to Elf, the group's second in command and manager who tries to ensure as few lives are taken as possible. Though not near as adept at calculation or logic, Kis often tries to help Elf in any way he can by offering advice or ideas that may minimize the numbers even more. Most of them don't work, but a few have.
