Pillow Dragons are covered in enormous amounts of fur affectionately referred to as fluff. Despite their deceivingly large size, they can still fly even with such tiny wings because their bodies are remarkably light. Pillow Dragons have a habit of sleeping for up to eighteen hours a day, waking only in short bursts. During their few waking hours, they take the time to hunt for prey. Once a pillow dragon becomes an adult, its fur grows very slowly. Pillow dragon fur is used to make very expensive and valuable cloth known as “dragon cashmere.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Millions, also known as Mill, is a scientist at heart. When he was young, the only things that interested him were the subjects of chemistry and biology. The other hatchlings were content with playing roughly with one another, but not Mill. He was particularly fond of combining the strangest of substances—bits of crumbled egg shell from a newly hatched dragon, the ashes left behind from a dragon's blast of fire, and so on—in containers carved from rocks, but one incident cured him of this hobby forever. Mill made the mistake of mixing up his magic near a yawning dragon who, when it exhaled, ignited the container and the substance inside with its fiery breath. The resulting explosion was enough to convince Mill to turn to biology instead. Now he spends his days examining plants and small insects as closely as he can. He has collections of butterfly wings, egg shell pieces, and fossils he has found. To this day Mill is still a little afraid of fire-breathing dragons.
