Canopy Dragons love to soar above the tropical jungles and other densely forested areas. Their billowing, layered wings create generous lift that allows them to ascend effortlessly over the warm jungle. While their unique wings do not make them the fastest flyers, they are champion gliders. To further this end, dexterity, maneuverability, and grace are all judged by the females when selecting their mates from the males that can accurately complete the exhausting and elaborate courtship dance between the close growing branches of the upper canopy.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Anorfira's favorite time of the year is autumn, when the trees in her forest home lose their green color in favor of brighter, more vibrant hues. The rich oranges and reds make the forest look as if it were a living representation of the sun itself in its final hours as it sinks into darkness at the end of each day. And furthermore they make Anorfira's daily journey with her mate to scavenge for food indefinitely more exciting. Terraes are hopelessly boring dragons, especially when they know winter is fast approaching. To them, autumn serves as a warning for the cold weather to come. To Anorfira it is a playground of color and beauty, just waiting for some one to play in it.

This is one of many areas in which she and her mate don't see eye to eye, but Anorfira's anger is as temporary as the seasons themselves. Within a day she has forgotten the argument and is playing through the trees again as if nothing had happened.
