Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A wise and gentle creature, this male is also in possession of some most impressive prophetic abilities, his visions never seeming to fail to come true. He lived a quiet life in the mountains, using his powers to help those in need, a peaceful and satisfying existence--until word of his prophecies reached the dark dragon Asis. Soon captured and caged, he now lives a pitiful existence as the empress's prisoner, the black-hearted Gold using his prophecies to dispatch of foes and plan triumphant battles long before her enemies are even aware of her presence.
