Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Braegrat Littlestone, for all his bristling spines, blood red claws, and enlarged, serpentine fangs, actually has quite the sense of humor. Or, more appropriately, he thinks he does. Braegrat enjoys making boulders follow Friizt and freeze when the high-strung frilled dragon turns to look, and rearanging the stones outside of poor Friizt's cave. Braegrat finds this extremely amusing, and so do Vr'Skriis, Noctalia, and Meerka, although Syffa and Nina are often trying to get Braegrat to stop. Perhaps if Braegrat realized how much his actions bothered Friizt, he would, but the older dragon blames Friizt's jitteryness on his youth, and thinks a few harmless spooks are good for him.
