Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It loves to chase butterflies.

And look, it has grown wings that release a faint, spicy scent when it waves them. It must be nearly mature.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Reizia is a young male dragon, though he is often mistaken for a female due to his color and partly to his shy personality. It takes him a while to open up to new dragons because of this, and he rarely ever vocalizes. When he does though, he is capable of creating a humming-like sound that is soothing to some. He is unusual in the world of dragons because he can't speak telepathically, though most dragons can assume what he is trying to say through body language. Other dragons will also approve of his presence in a cave mostly because of his scent, but some dragons such as Wellwings, Magnesio, Legendaria, and Cotton Willow do like him for who he is. His best friend is Tess, an old feral cat, and the two are completely satisfied in their silence.
