Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Cursed in the life of eternal darkness, Jagarid was purchased by the Breeder as a matured adult from the traveling carnival. Conditioned as an oddity or as a monstrous spectacle for his entire life, Jagarid had to despair yet again when he realized he was bought as an instrumental mercenary against Zombie dragon Bucharati. The stalwart rejection of the clan members, even after the Bucharati's downfall, further disheartened the Vampire to the point where the disappointed dragon attempted to flee the clan. The forced summon from the Breeder became the last straw for the proud Undead, and refusing to listen or learn, the Vampire unleashed his temper and sacked the clan.

He was charged with an interment with Bucharati, so he would earn time for the Squadrons to respond should Bucharati finds his way out of confinement. Surprisingly enough, as time passes Jagarid seems to have less problem with this penalty, for he relates to the Zombie dragon much more than he ever did with other dragons.
