Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Abrenuk is a romantic.  He loves listening to epic ballads, heroic tales and heartfelt poetry, and the promise of such entertainment is one of the few things that can call him down from the sky.  Performed by human or dragon, on stage or in a quiet clearing, sung or spoken -- he doesn't care, so long as the words ring true.  One day, while tending to his favorite lake, Abrenuk found himself living such a tale when he saw a water dragon swimming beneath the surface of the water.  His heart captured, Abrenuk spent days pining after the beautiful dragon.  When he finally worked up the courage to speak to her, he was delighted to find that she returned his feelings, having watched him flying through the skies above her.  The two are now happily mated with a young bluna daughter, Sten-ella, who is the pride of her father's life.
