Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Hakono was an albino dragon. He didn't want to be one though. Other dragons had scales of beautiful color and majesty. He had no scales and was forever pale. He lived in solitude permitting himself only a few friends.
One day when he was walking across his desert home he found a strange structure that looked as if it had been built by humans. It was large and even a dragon could fit in it. He entered the structure without hesitation, and perhaps on instinct.
He saw a room with artifacts of dragons and some other species he had never seen. His vision went white and he woke up in his burrow. He wondered who made the temple, and who were the unknown species. He never found the temple again.
