White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gloswen is learning to be a true healer from her mentor, Sadler. She adores the healing arts and is a kind and loving young dragon. When she isn't practicing the healing crafts, she spends most of her time with her friend Semaphore, whom she finds to be an amusing and lighthearted companion. She has also developed an intense interest in a young silver named Reutimann, and he is often as her side.
