Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tirgaul (in ancient draconic, her name means "striped speed") loves racing even more than her parents.  And unlike her father, she will utilize her speed in the air as well as on the ground.  She also excels more in longer races that require stamina.  In fact, she has even ranflown all the way from the Cliffs of Eyocune to Parvuli Valley in less than a week.

     Tirgaul, like her father, is pro-mint.  Her grandmother may be the leader of the winged dragons, but Tirgaul acknowledges that land is just as important as the sky.  In fact, she is fairly eager to fight to prove it.
