Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s very light and enjoys bouncing all around.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Named after a type of cloud, Humila is incredibly perky and hyper. It is a world feat to ever get her to shut up, and she is more annoying that almost anything the older dragons have ever seen in their lifetimes (and dragon lifetimes are long indeed.)Humila can chatter about a single topic for hours on end without ever being repetitive. She has many tales to tell, but no one has ever heard the end of any of them, no matter how long they listened.
