Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This cute little dragon isn't quite sane. He's a completely harmless nutter, of course, but it can still be a bit disturbing to watch him... especially when he's around socks. And he is around socks ALL THE TIME. He loves socks. He talks to his socks. He wears the socks on the wrists of his wings and all his paws and his ears AND the tip of his tail. He sleeps on an immense horde of socks. Still, most people learn to not to be too weirded out by this fairly quickly, and then get along quite well with the friendly if zany dragon. But beware should you insult one of his socks; it's the only thing that will provoke him into attacking, and he can be something of a berserker when the honor of his 'friends' is violated.
