Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Hestomi is an earth dragon that grew up away from the cave she was stolen from. She was raised exclusively with one other dragon, a female named Kydonion, and isn't familiar with regular dragon customs and mannerisms.

She has a regular diet of fruits and occasionally feasts on farm animals when she is released to roam the countryside. She lives in the northern forests of the American continents, where she stays in a cave near the great lakes. She often exercises her abilities on mud and sand, as opposed to the regular stone and dirt that earth dragons are around.

Hestomi is one of a select few dragons a part of a group known as The Feir Cult, who focus on eating more vegetation and fruits than meat. They also focus on learning, such as foreign languages, mathematics, astronomy, and art.
