Anagallis Dragons are a medium-sized omnivorous breed. Widespread and adaptable, their easygoing nature enables them to flourish under most conditions. They are social creatures, fun-loving and outgoing, and will readily defend smaller dragons from others’ aggression. They are fond of sunshine, and can often be found basking on rocks; on cloudy or stormy days they are more reluctant to venture out, and will often hide themselves away until the weather is more favorable.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

As an older hatchling, this Anagallis dragoness idolized the Guardian dragons in her cave and hoped to be just like them when she grew up! Never mind that she lacked the proper tail shield and armored scales, she wanted to be a strong protector. One day, while playing with some other hatchlings, the group wandered too close to a hidden Olive dragon's lair and its occupant attacked the youngsters. Without hesitation Ceruleanmask jumped between the Olive and the smallest hatchling, a Magelight pygmy, mustering up all the courage she could. Once the startled Olive realized the intruders were only hatchlings it ran off with an angry snarl to find a new hiding place, but not before Ceruleanmask took one of its spines to the face. Luckily the toxin didn't kill her, but unfortunately the scratch took her right eye and damaged her facial markings just as they were starting to come in. As a result, she wears a covering over that side to hide the injury.
