Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

While Magi dragons have been known for teleportation magic, few are as irritatingly infamous for it as Sazerkan. His very strong affinity allows him to use his ability to teleport almost effortlessly. He doesn't use it maliciously and only rarely out of anger. However, he uses it whenever he is required to give even the slightest movements. For example, during breakfast he will zap himself out of his nest to hunting grounds, zap over to his prey, zap back home to get a container for water, zap then to the lake to fill it... And on and on. He has plenty of information in his tomes, but few can stand staying while he teleports almost rapidly in front of them. One person reported having migraines from a conversation with him that only lasted one minute, for he "paced his lair" via zapping all over that room a total of fifty-seven times in that short span. He has even teleported others with him on occasion, giving dizziness to them that have lasted days. Well, at least he has a kind personality.
