Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Alvaro Raw Elivra is kind, protective, and thoughtful but his ambitious, curious, and eager-to-learn nature would always get the better of him and corrupt. Even though he has amazing eyesight being a Nebula dragon, he still wasn't satisfied and wanted more from his abilities. He trained his eyes severely until he got a new ability. He eventually possessed the ability to hypnotize others with his eyes. This got him prey and females easily during breeding seasons. Curious with how far he could go, he hypnotized the alpha of his clan, functioning like a shadow king through him. But Alvaro was unaware of the side effects. The constant use of his hypnotizing techniques caused him to get eyestrain. He was lucky that it was a temporary condition but the alpha magi dragon, Pakku lune, was enraged. He laid a curse on all the Nebula dragons of the clan. If they used hypnotizing techniques on their clan members they would die a horrible death. He is hated by his Nebula brethren because of it.
