Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Yoake names means Dawn's light. He gets up every morning at dawn and was born right at dawn. Thus BloodMoon222 named him after the way the first light seemed to touch him. Yoake is best friends with Daku and trys not to let him be too much of a bad influnce on himself though he does somtimes 'let himself live on the edge'. Yoake is respectful to Tama unlike Daku and likes to listen to her stories along with BloodMoon222's stories. He is a surprizingly adapt learner and likes to learn about all the differnt types of dragons, thus he is often seen sniffing around wild dragon's caves, which in a way makes him more daring than Daku.
