Anagallis Dragons are a medium-sized omnivorous breed. Widespread and adaptable, their easygoing nature enables them to flourish under most conditions. They are social creatures, fun-loving and outgoing, and will readily defend smaller dragons from others’ aggression. They are fond of sunshine, and can often be found basking on rocks; on cloudy or stormy days they are more reluctant to venture out, and will often hide themselves away until the weather is more favorable.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Maua, or more commonly known by his alias 'The Leafster', loves to try and make a difference around the cave. Ever since Maua first watched his best friend Pleasant taking much joy in entertaining the hatchlings, he knew that he would like to inspire others as well. He takes on an alter ego -- as told previously, known as 'The Leafster'. He does his best to protect any weaker dragons from the aggressive dragons who like to cause trouble. But he doesn't stop at helping others physically, he also makes an effort to always chat with the friendless hatchlings and inspire them to get out there and do great things. Maua is not the strongest dragon; every day he comes back with bruises and scratches from bigger foes, but he comes back with a smile on his face because all that matters to him is how he brightened someone's day.
