Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nishi Kyoko, or West Mirror, is an Oracle like those of the Seasons. However, she is an Oracle of a different sort. She is one of two that represent a pair of deities that control the magicks of Light and Dark. Kyoko is the Oracle of Mrrgan, the Queen of the Night and Holder of Dark Knowledge. The Seasonal Oracles at first didn't trust this soft spoken and dark Sunset Dragon, but now are civil with her.

Her powers are vast, ranging from destructive spells that not even the cave's Magi know, to songs that call down the Stars themselves to help. Her title is Dusk, and her seal is a black Cresent on dark silver.
