White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Hamlyan lives up to his role as a white dragon, though he is not pacifism incarnate. Being the brother of Hamryen, a black dragon, prevents this. Hamryen has had to buck up and defend himself his whole life from his rough and tumble sibling, as well as keep him out of trouble, which requires a small bit of force.

Both of the brothers have taken to a pair of twins. Hamlyan studs for and loves his darling purple dragonesses, Jhemire and Jhenivre. Both of them adore him and how sweet he is, caring for them through the pregnancy.
