And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

PrettyPumpkinPygmy is a cute little Pygmy Dragon hatchling. She has decided that she isn't a Pygmy; she claims that she is a Pumpkin Dragon, just like her father BravePumpkinSeed. PrettyPumpkinPygmy currently lives in a very small pumpkin she cleaned out, very close to her father's home pumpkin. She mostly eats pumpkins, though that isn't a Pumpkin Dragon trait. She insisted that everyone should call her 'PrettyPumpkin' instead of 'PrettyPumpkinPygmy' though no one does except her father.
