Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Iquia is the third dragon to join the Great Weather Manipulation Project (GWMP). Over the centuries, the storms that sweep her world are becoming more and more violent. Many are beginning to fear that the end of the world is coming due to the fierce nature of these massive tempests. Iquia also happens to the the dragon responsible for naming the project. When the leader first told her of the Project, Iquia was all over herself to help in any way possible. She has been the foremost recruiter and organizer of the dragons. As GWMP grew larger, Iquia found herself more and more involved in running the day to day details, making her sort of the unofficial second-in-command of GWMP.
