Avatars of Change are unpredictable, exuberant dragons whose unique connection to magic has saturated their entire bodies. It is said that possessing one of their iridescent scales can change one’s fate, and many have sought the favor of these dragons hoping to receive a scale as a gift.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Meta Allayi is the first Avatar SL's cave has bred, so far. She is the daughter of Saint Nemus, the very first GoN summoned, which gives her a sort of superiority over other dragons. She is revered as much as her father and the other GoNs, but whether Meta is ignorant or impervious is unknown. Either way she simply brushes off dragons when they attempt to "worship" her, asking her for her scales.

Meta is certainly unpredictable, as her breed normally is. One will never know what she is about to do, whether it is spontaneously breaking out her mad magic skills or going off on some adventure. Her tendency to move constantly makes it hard for her to stay in the cave for long periods of time, and especially hard to stop and listen. As a hatchling, Meta preferred playing rather than listening to the older dragons' stories.

Her sharp tongue and fiery spirit often causes difficulty between her and others, but as an Avatar she is obligated to care for the cave along with her father.
