Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Barely a day goes by when Tebre of the Black-Cap doesn't beg the dominant female of his group, Ina of the Black-Cap, to take him as her mate. Every time he asks, Ina of the Black-Cap gives an excessively harsh refusal. It's unknown what Tebre of the Black-Cap sees in his rather condescending leader that drives him to such begging, aside from her status. Unlike the other males in the group of Blacktip dragons, he asks Ina of the Black-Cap to allow him to be her mate regardless of whether or not it is the breeding season. Tebre of the Black-Cap seems to cling to a time or society outside of his own, where being the mate of another dragon meant that you gave love, comfort, trust and care to your mate, and received these from them. In the opinion of the dragon he has set his heart upon, mating merely entails producing strong offspring.

Tebre of the Black-Cap is quite an emotional dragon. He wears his heart on his sleeve and it's easy to know what he is thinking or feeling.
