Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sel Fish is a member of the new Dragon Clan. The previous one was destroyed, as the prince of the clan, Laima the Blindeye, decided to leave his kind father. Both of her parents left poor Sel. That's why she hates them and wants to be the new prince of the Clan, though it's impossible—the prince should be the son of the king. She helps the king and the queen to recover. She'd like to help them until next summer and then beg to make her a princess.

Sel Fish isn't a big dragon. She is not happy being the smallest in a new Clan. Once she even tried to eat only insects, but this decision wasn't successful. Actually, it's okay to be such a small dragon when you are four ages old.

Sel Fish doesn't like when it's too cold or when it's warm, she prefers a really hot weather, bur she can easily stick to new places. The only things she needs are food, water and a dry place to live. She likes to travel a lot but only during the day, she prefers to sleep at night. She enjoys her beautiful voice.
