Nhiostrife Wyverns are one of the few known breeds of wyvern with more than one set of wings. Because of their four wings, Nhiostrifes are very nimble in the air and control their movements with ease. When it’s mating season, males put on a very beautiful and unique air dance in an attempt to charm a female. The amount of stripes on their wings vary, with more stripes being more attractive, although most have only two to four. Their general attitude is very passive and curious—they only fight if they or their families are in danger.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Growing up with a very rambunctious adopted sister, Narris learned at an early age that the way to avoid bruises and scrapes was to make as much noise as possible to alert his mother to his predicament. While he loved his sister, she was much too rough for his tastes. Her games always involved him "dying" in one way or another, with his sister standing on top of him triumphantly (and invariably balancing her painfully bony paws on a rather unpleasant spot). By the time both had grown their second pair of wings, Narris had developed a habit of crying out whenever she walked by him. Now that the two have grown, he no longer complains about every little move his sister makes, as he spends most of his days lounging in his cave, curled over a good book. His sister still comes around every now and then to poke fun at him for his old habits, but she is glad he hasn't changed much. Narris will always be her fussy little brother as she will always be his wild little sister.
