Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Spring strikes a nice balance between the overly enthusiastic and blindly loyal Strawberry and the overly shy, socially inept Licorice. Spring is equal parts calm and ecstatic, actually to the point of being boring. Within his giant family, he's all but forgotten, usually passed over or left out or outright neglected. Not that he really minds. Like Licorice, he happens to take solace in solitude, usually finding comfort in his own way when no one else will provide it. He typically does this by exploring his home, hunting, fishing, or testing the anger of his territorial cousin, Swamp, and her pet crocodile, usually to less than favorable results. Spring is a generally friendly guy, especially for a Flamingo, but even he can admit he's nothing special, especially when lined up with bolder and more memorable family. But he seems pretty fine with this, "nothing wrong with average" as he says. Spring is pretty content just lying in the background while his family causes more drama.
