Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Shadowcliff is a black dragon with a temper as black as his scales. Most dragons go out of their way to avoid him as he has a habit of attacking everyone and everything that he believes poses a threat to him. The reason why Shadowcliff is so violent is a mystery. Most dragons put it down to his abandonment as an egg, while others say that he was born with a terrible temper.
Shadowcliff's mate is a beautiful black dragon by the name of Fantastic Night. She is the only one capable of calming Shadowcliff down when he's in a rage. Shadowcliff's few friends are a Hellhorse dragon named Burntiron and an Electric dragon called Lightningland. When Shadowcliff is in a good mood, he enjoys flying over the land, searching for enemies of the flight. He hasn't found any yet, which makes him very angry indeed.
All Shadowcliff knows of his family is that they abandoned him to die. Shadowcliff wants his children to grow up knowing their parents, and refuses to allow any of them to ever be abandoned.
