Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Second Alice Handcuffs (mainly just called The Second Alice) is a gentle and very frail dragon. He is often found singing with the Vocaloid clan and many other musical dragons within the local area. He often gets a lot of requests from various passersby to sing specific songs, and he is more often than not willing to sing any song that is requested. With this in mind, he is very careful around the other Alice Handcuff dragons (especially The First Alice when she's trying to sleep) and tries to keep the volume of his telepathic voice down whenever any of them are in "earshot" distance. Whenever he isn't in his musical madness mindset, The Second Alice can be found watching the stars with NiGHTS, Stainless Moon, and Ray or aiding Kimoko with some tasks.
