Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This powerful gray dragon has never come close enough to the one who keeps his scroll for her to ask him oh his name, so she calls him the Father of Storms in an attempt to avoid insulting him. He stays near her lake for a so far unknown reason, though he often gives rain to her crops. The entire thunder of dragons that stay around his area find it very easy to tell when he is angry: Large, voluminous clouds appear around him. The clouds emanate an unnatural green color from depths that seem an impossible shade of black. His mate, Mother of Storms, often shares his emotions and provides terrible lightening and torrential rains. Together the ghastly duo wreak havoc on the surrounding landscape, but rarely on the farm itself.
