Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Eleanor comes from a prestigious line of Vine dragons, which are from her father's side. She takes pride in the pure Vine lineage, and sometimes goes on and on about it. Her mother's side is rather messy, with many random dragons thrown in at random times. She disdains it, but, family is family, unfortunately. Eleanor is also the librarian of SL's library. She studies in it for hours, reading informative and often difficult books. She also loves to read fictions, and even enjoys the dragon killing stories. Virtus is Eleanor's mate, and she loves her husband with all her heart. Since she is the mate of the leader of the cave, she has a very high position, she is often called the Queen. She doesn't argue against it, though, because it makes her feel special. Ex often calls her "Queen Boringbooks" which annoys Eleanor extremely, but she sucks it up and tries to remain calm so she doesn't tempt the Electric dragon even more. Eleanor loves hatchlings, and hopes she can have some one day.
