Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It seems to bear some semblance to a horse.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Teen Huwavp was never really fast or graceful. She's clumsy on her feet, causing her to trip if she picks up much speed. She can usually be found flying around the cave, steering clear of any obstacles and dragons. She however takes great favor in her owner Flora who usually brushes her mane and polishes her scales, which are Huwavp's favorite. As the sun sets, she tends to watch the dragons fly overhead returning to their nests.
