Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Spher Shak is Dar Char's brother. He is daring and dashing. Extremely creative but what some would say a "brawn over brain" type. He is fluent in many language's and has written thousands of stories. Secretly he always needed his brothers support when his brother is always the timid and unsuccessful one. He gets somewhat angry if someone doesn't agree absolutely with his idea's while his brother accepts change when it is needed. Stubborn and also has a hint of a superiority complex. He demands acceptance or force will be sometimes used. Anyone who gets to know him personally really starts to back off because of his attitude and some feel sympathy for his brother Dar Char due to his brothers  rabbid treatment of his brothers minor mistakes. They realize both him and his brother have pure hearts. Dar Char's heart is pure in of itself of worry, while Spher Shak's is pure evil.
