Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bellerophon is actually very intelligent, and one of the more athletic dragons. He was given the title "Fool" because he shamelessly flirts with any female dragon, so long as she doesn't have a bad reputation. The most memorable incident was when he learned that there was a female Soulpeace who was beautiful as the day, and he happened to have met her mother. He decided to try to talk to the mom and try to convince her to make the Soulpeace go out with him. When he was washing up, the mother came along with a strange bundle. Then Bellerophon started: " Oh hello there. You're quite beautiful, and smart from what I hear. In fact, I'm so happy you came, because I wish to speak with you about your daughter; do you know where I might find her, because I wish to see if she's truly beautiful." The mother then responded, "I know where she is, but I'm not sure about the beauty. Do you want to see her..." She then grabbed her pouch and took out a little baby Soulpeace. So much for that.
