Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Dark Belly is what many people call an Alt. Colored Black Dragon, but, honestly, she couldn't care about that if her life was in danger. She simply prefers to focus on the more important things in life: happiness. Her happiness comes from many things: first of all, staying alive. One can't be happy if they're dead. Second, she enjoys any sort of mind game. Just because she's a warrior doesn't mean she can't strengthen her mind as well! Third, she loves being surrounded by her loyal comrades. She has their back; they they have hers.

No one should be worried that she'll kill them because she's a Black Dragon. Dark Belly's not a murderer. Nor is she malicious or cruel. She's simply a sassy dragon of the dark who strives for the most important things in life.
