Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s always proudly preening its patches of colorful scales.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Little Gems designs a majority of the costumes for the actors at Rivertones Productions. It is not known what the hatchling does in its free time. It often sneaks away, as it is rather shy and does not like attention. It does, however, enjoy the praise it receives from Playwright Dramatist, whom it seems to see as its mother.

Little Gems is the costume designer for Rivertones Productions. The company's plays use few special effects and illusions, as the founder prefers simpler, more realistic plays over other types.
