Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

High Lady Green is to be one of the fourteen original Noble Greens. When the fourteen have been chosen, they will have the special task of testing every Green egg for strength by earth-quaking it twice. If it survives both earthquakes, it will be deemed worthy and allowed to join the pack of greens.

High Lady Green was the first Noble Green, and along with Lord Cage, she founded the Noble Greens. She was sick of seeing weak Green eggs become weak adults, and she wanted only the strong to stay. After chasing out the weaker adult Greens and scaring away the hatchlings, Lady Green proclaimed herself the leader of the Noble Greens. Only Lord Cage was too strong for her to chase out, and so she became his mate.
