Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its belly is bright red and it is most active in the evening.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Ceci wants the reader to know that the picture of her on this scroll is not a dragon.  She also wishes to tell the reader that, as a frozen hatchling who has not yet gendered, she is free to imagine herself as any gender she wishes and is not confined to the thoughts of mystical future-seeing Magis who constantly try to tell her that she would've been a male if she were able to grow up. As for her everyday activities, Ceci enjoys running around, eating apples, and pondering the meaning of life.
