Brute Dragons are among the larger dragon breeds. They prefer to live in solitude or small groups, nesting in high, mountainous regions. The only time they openly seek the company of others is during the mating season, when males will fight for the attention of females. The thunderous crash of Brute Dragons butting horns against each other in competition for mates can be heard nearly a mile away.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

An old and decidedly grouchy male, about the only thing that can elicit good manners from this brute is the presence of an attractive female dragon, in whose company he's all seductive whispers and courteous grace. Of course, not all is fun and flirtation in Ingrium's world; younger (and in his opinion, stupider) males are constantly prowling about, hoping to fight off the aged stud and take his land and ladies. This, of course, can't be allowed to happen. Cunning and experienced, he sneaks up on lesser males at times they least expect--when mating season is still far away--and gives them a good thrashing, ensuring they learn their lesson and stay well away from his territory ever after. Not all his enemies take heed, however; many think he uses surprise to replace fading strength, and challenge him head-on--only to get their rears kicked. Still powerful as ever, Ingrium does what he does not because he's afraid to fight, but because he'd rather use that time for more seducing instead!
