Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Jokull Noelle was always seen as an outsider before he came into the clan. Everywhere he went, all the other dragons would avoid him since he was always freezing cold. Though this never bothered him too much, he wished that he could make friends and find a mate. But, he also knows if he raised his body temperature to do so, he would run the risk of losing his life. As an adult, Jokull would always wander, freezing his prey for food and sleeping in a cave he chilled himself. One day, he came across a clan near the Peaks of Sozuai, his favourite mountain range. However, there hadn't been a clan there before. Curiously, he saw a few other dragons here and there, pausing for a moment to watch him and then continuing on with their tasks. Soon after, he was accepted into the clan and was finally equal with others.
