When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Hercafly lives in a rather small lake deep in the heart of a forest. The lake used to be just a small glade in the middle of a forest, with a pond in it. Until she came along. Her parents abandoned her when she was very young, and thats when she found the pond. She has lived in it ever since. She has trouble finding food, so her owner weekly brings her live and raw fish from other lakes for her to eat. The forest around her pond is always foggy, which can sometimes scare off visitors. Because of this, she is very lonely most of the time. As water dragons go, she is rather small, but this suits her well, since her lake is small. Ever since she came, it rains nearly every night in her lake. This is what caused it to grow from a pond. She herself has no magic powers, but its said she is not the only dragon in the bordering forest. Perhaps she won't be lonely forever.
