Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
This sunsong amphitere's father is quite disappointed that his son turned out to be more strong than smart. Gusevai doesn't seem to do anything other than battle. He is a feared but respected warrior. He doesn't have claws so he uses his teeth, spikes and experience to beat his foes. Most of the time, Gusevai fights with his best friend; a Sunset dragon named Ohen the Strong. Gusevai's scales are as hot and reflective as metal, and they often flake off when he fights. Humans collect his fallen scales and use them as good luck charms. They believe that Gusevai is very lucky, and his luck even seems to reflects off of him just like the sunlight does! It is rumored that if someone stares at him for too long, they are granted serendipity and good fortune, which will last for the rest of their life. Also, of course, their eyes burn, because Gusevai has very shiny scales. According to his father, Gusevai's luck is the only reason why he wins battles and succeeds in catching food.
