White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. The healing dragon of the weyr, she loves all the hatchlings that constantly come to her when they're hurt. Her mate Chi Tenshi often tells them to ask Jinah for a healing spell, however Concordia's Dragoness is more than happy to perform the task. Her own younglings ask her for help on parenting skills. She is an excellent mother and, for all she is gentle, is no push-over.
