Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

General Silverstorm Iceshadow is the head of the newly-forming Silver Army. Her behavior to all new recruits is harsh cruelty. In fact, she behaves this way to almost every dragon, whether or not they're a silver. The only two dragons that she doesn't yell orders to are her mother and father, Guardian of Dragons and Flash of Silver. The General, as she's most often known, takes a trip around the large and spacious cave at least three times a month and looks for recruits to the Silver Army, along with Silverstripe (the first silver) and her father breeding more silvers. No sane dragon would willingly go near the General, unless they wanted a verbal death. The General's parents regrettably consider her as one of those dragons that never has children, due to her behavior.
