Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Galaxy Echo just admires symmetry. Whenever the dreaded clouds roll over the skies and block his view from his nebula, he dedicates his time to finding perfect objects in nature. Objects such as a plant that has two proportionally flawless leaves that grow exactly 3 inches across from each other, or berry that takes on an exact spherical shape. It's unknown why he took a liking to Galaxy Wildfire, given that a fire thrives in a completely random pattern, but he seemed to like her artistic talents. He hoped to one day discover the ideal shade of paint as a gift to win her over, that switched from red to orange to yellow as you spread it across the wall, but it turns out he didn't have to. Now the couple live happily together, and Galaxy Wildfire has a completely symmetrical fire painted in her cave just for Galaxy Echo that he prizes above all other impeccably balanced shapes.
