Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Aoi no Sora (her name is unfortunately misspelled, as her human forgot which form to use; he is very sorry), or Blue Sky, is a sweet fun-loving creature. She spends most of her days dancing patterns through the sky and enjoying the warmth of the sun as it shines on the small lake valley she calls home, sometimes with Siri, sometimes by herself. The mountains that cradle the valley make for interesting wind currents she also loves to follow, which occasionally ends up in some very fancy flying as she dips, dives, and dances through the air. When this happens she often likes to have her human write down the specifics of them as she dictates them to him so that she can duplicate them later; he's glad she enjoys flying so much and so often, but he somewhat regrets teaching her bio-mechanics and physics, as sitting and writing formulas for an hour or four as she expounds on the fine details of the angles of force and motion can be somewhat rear-numbing. Literally.
