Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
This dragon is that one guy who thinks it's his duty to make sure you "respect your mommy and daddy and don't forget to brush your teeth, kids". Even though he has no actual children, every single hatchling in the immediate vicinity is thoroughly educated on the dangers of strangers, the importance of sharing, as it is caring, and that saying mean things to other hatchlings is a no-no (yes, including "But the shiitake mushrooms I just ate are smarter than he is", Keelie q) and might give someone else's feelings a boo-boo. The adult dragons find his attitude of acting as a nursery-school teacher a wee bit strange, (as do the hatchlings) but he's mostly harmless, so they let it happen. Still, no hatchling has ever, EVER come away from his version of "The Talk" unscathed.
