Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Turpentine Dragons are named for the oil that covers their scales. This oil resembles turpentine in odor and is mildly toxic; it will not kill but it burns to the touch and will cause illness in anyone who ingests it. Turpentine Dragons roam in large packs, often stealing food from larger dragons, though they are able to hunt for themselves if necessary. Many other breeds consider Turpentine Dragons to be pests, so they primarily breed among themselves.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Butterslice Effect is a very good friend to Bait and Switchblade, considering their names are both knife puns. She, unlike Bait and Switchblade, is very good at uttering one-liners when put on the spot, often to the chagrin of Bait and Switchblade. She can make up puns and jokes the moment you ask them of her.
As is to her name, she is a firm believer in chaos theory, in particular, the Butterfly Effect. She firmly believes in time travel and fate and whatnot, and believes that if you alter your fate, the butterfly effect will take hold, and lead to drastic consequences.
As so, she often goes with her gut feeling of what is right, even if evidence proves it to be the worst choice.
It has served her well, a few times.
Served her terribly more than once.
